KatieScarlett Ennis just recently graduated from Texas Christian University double majoring in Psychology and Child Development. In the Fall she will be starting a pre-med program at Boston University. Her favorite color is yellow and if she could only eat one food for the rest of her life it would be blueberry pancakes. Her favorite people in the entire world are her parents. She is passionate about people and is constantly inspired by her friends. A moment in her life that has made her feel alive was when she lived with a family in Nepal and realized all you need in life are love and food. In ten years she sees herself being a doctor, married and living in Texas. And the best advice she could give someone is to smile more!
